I have a down to earth and kind approach with an emphasis on building a non judgemental and trusting relationship with you.
I am not here to tell you what to do, but offer a warm and caring space for you to feel heard and supported. Only you know how you feel in any given situation, so I put you at the heart of everything we do together.
I can offer short or long term Counselling. Each session will last 50 minutes and I find it works best to meet once a week which allows a balance of pace yet offers you space in between to reflect.
